For me the issue i disliked the most was the taxiway pathing. I only played it less than 2 hours then refunded because i didnt like how the taxiway pathing worked. IMO best thing to do is just look up gameplay videos on YT to see what the interface looks like because its kinda hard to describe. It's kinda like simcity where you build the runways, taxiways, buildings and there is some minor scheduling to do and contracts you setup. Airport CEO you even design the interior of the airports but Sky Haven you dont really do that.
